The change in the size n position of the image that's define in the geometrical transformation.
There are three ways of geometrical transformation:
  1. Translation
  2. Rotation
  3. Scaling
TRANSLATION: It is the process of changing the position of an object in a straight line path from one co-ordinate location to another .

 let (x,y) is the point in x,y plane then after transformation point displays by 'TX' in 'x' direction and 'TY' in 'y' direction then the new co-ordinates is will be (x',y') and
                                                    x'=x+TX and y'= y+ TY
here, (TX,TY) will be transformational vector or shift vector.

ROTATION: A two dimensional rotation is apply to an object by re positing it along a circular path in the (x,y) plane to generate a rotation these specify a rotation angle ' Theta' and the position of the rotation point about which the object is to be rotated.
undefined
Example: according to diagram r is particular distance from origin to p1, p2 points and after rotation
p1= r cos (q + f)
          p2= r sin (q + f)

SCALING: It is process of resizing of digital images. In this we can change the scale of the image .
Scaling proceeds by multiplying the coordinate values by Sx  and Sy , scaling factors in the x and y axis directions
x' =  x Sx
            y' =  y Sy
